It ought to be said that Betty’s sandwiches are more than an assemblage of ingredients.

Hand cut meats, roasted by us (we wanted that sandwich we used to get after the Sunday roast). Spreads and sauces created in our kitchens. Fresh cut and grated veggies. And the baguettes – we tasted altogether too many, finally landing on the one with the best bite and flavour.
